These terms cover two things: using this website, and taking up our free test of ten mystery shop calls. Paid, continuous monitoring is governed by a separate client agreement that we send after the setup call. By using the site or requesting a free test you agree to the terms below.

“GhostShopper”, “we” and “us” means EZ Voice Limited, company number 17401126, registered at 4th Floor, Silverstream House, Fitzroy Street, London W1T 6EB, United Kingdom. You can reach us at hello@ghostshopper.ai.

Part A. Website terms of use

1. Using the site

You may browse ghostshopper.ai and use the free-test form for their intended purpose. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure, introduce malicious code, scrape the site at scale, or submit the form with information you know to be false or on behalf of a business you are not authorised to represent.

2. Content

The text, design, video, brand and product screenshots on this site belong to GhostShopper or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission, other than viewing the site normally. The sample scorecards, leaderboards and call excerpts shown on the site are illustrative and do not describe any real business unless stated.

3. Accuracy and availability

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. We do not promise that it is free of errors or interruptions, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice. Nothing on the site is professional advice.

4. Links to other sites

The site links to third-party services such as Cal.com, Vimeo and our product app. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not control.

5. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, and in respect of the free test our total liability is limited to £100.

Part B. Free test terms

6. What the free test is

The free test is up to ten mystery shop calls, placed by our AI voice agents to locations you nominate, using enquiry scenarios you approve on the setup call. You receive the recordings, a scorecard for each call and a comparison across the locations called. There is no charge and no obligation to buy anything afterwards. You keep the recordings and results whatever you decide.

7. Your authority to commission the calls

By requesting a free test you confirm that:

  1. you are authorised by the business to commission mystery shop calls to the locations you nominate, and those locations are operated by or on behalf of that business;
  2. you will give us that authorisation in writing on or after the setup call before any call is placed; nothing dials until we have it;
  3. the business has, where required by law or its own policies, told staff that calls may be recorded and mystery shopped, and is responsible for that notice; and
  4. you will only nominate business phone lines, not personal numbers.

8. Recordings and results

Recordings, transcripts and scores from the free test are your business’s data. We process them only to deliver the test and, if you go on to become a client, the continuous service. We do not share them with anyone else, and we delete them on request or in line with our privacy notice. We may keep anonymised, aggregate statistics such as average scores across all clients.

9. Our discretion

We may decline or stop a free test at any time, for example if we cannot verify your authority, the nominated numbers are not business lines, the business has fewer than two locations, or we have already provided a free test to the same business. We may also limit the number of free tests we run in any period.

10. How we deliver it

We aim to place the calls in the week following the setup call and to send results within a few days of the last call, but timings are indicative. Calls are placed during the hours you tell us the locations are open. We are not responsible for a location being unreachable.

11. After the free test

If you want continuous monitoring we will quote for your network and send a client agreement. Nothing is charged unless you sign it. If you do not, that is the end of the matter and you keep the results.

Part C. General

We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new date. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you may also rely on the mandatory protections of the country you live in. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
